In the past few years, the m² prices for real estate have risen continuously. Residential real estate is particularly in demand in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg. But also in Stuttgart, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt, brokers are seeing increasing demand for real estate. Low financing interest rates and low investment returns make investing in real estate more interesting than ever. Due to the demographic development, particularly small one- or two-room apartments are attractive as real estate for buying and living. Numerous investors also build houses or buy an apartment to make provision for later retirement.
BUY APARTMENTS - THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN THE CITIES
In some regions, real estate for sale is still quite easy to find. Regions in which a condominium has so far not been profitable due to low rents are experiencing strong demand for real estate and apartments for sale. Real estate agents in Cologne, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Hamburg or Stuttgart and other cities are experiencing a significant influx.
